REACH · WITHIN

For one clinician

Get hours of note-writing back each week

Reach Within is two connected apps for a solo practice. Within Assist records the session, with consent, and drafts the note from this client's history. You review it and apply what belongs in the record. Reach runs enquiries, intake, the calendar and billing, so nothing is typed twice.

Within Assist

Get the note drafted from the session

The time after a session often disappears into the note. Within Assist drafts it from what was said, and from this client's history, so you can get back to clients.

  • A transcript from the session itself

You record the session, with the client's consent. Within Assist produces the transcript.

  • A draft that already knows this client

It is conversational. It knows the client's history and earlier transcripts, and it drafts the clinical note.

  • You apply what belongs in the note

Review the draft and apply suggestions straight into the note fields. Nothing is saved until you apply it.

Keep the clinical file in one record

Within is the clinical record. The note, the plan, the consent, the release and the documents stay with the client.

  • Session notes

What does it do? Each session note stays on that client's record, in the same place as the rest of their file.

  • Treatment plans

What does it do? The treatment plan sits with the notes, so the direction of care is not kept in a separate document.

  • Consent forms and e-signatures

What does it do? Clients sign consent forms on an iPad or tablet. The signed form is stored on their record.

  • Releases of information

What does it do? A release of information shows who was allowed to receive what, and when.

  • Documents per client

What does it do? Documents for each client live on their record, next to the notes, the plan and the consents.

Run the front office without a second system

Reach takes the enquiry, the intake, the diary and the invoice. The same client is already in Within.

  • Enquiries and the lead pipeline

What does it do? Enquiries and leads stay in one pipeline, from the first message to the point where someone is ready to be seen.

  • Intake and admission

What does it do? Intake opens the Within record with the details already filled in, so the same client is not typed twice.

  • Calendar and schedule

What does it do? The practice calendar and schedule live in Reach, so the session you book is the session on the record.

  • Invoicing and billing

What does it do? Invoices and billing sit with the notes and the calendar. The bill follows the session, in the same system.

  • Aged balances and follow-up

What does it do? You can see who still owes, by how old the balance is, and keep the follow-up with that account.

Nothing is typed twice

Admin, notes and billing share one client. An enquiry in Reach opens the Within record already filled in. The invoice follows the same person. You do not keep a second copy of the file by hand.

Psychologists, counsellors, therapists and psychiatrists in private practice. Social workers, occupational therapists and dietitians use the same plan.

Why Reach Within

A solo practice should not need three products to see one client.

Nothing is typed twice
Enquiries, notes and invoices share one client. You are not asked to keep the file in one product, the diary in a second and the billing in a third.
You keep the clinical decision
Within Assist drafts the note from the session and the client's history. You review it and apply what belongs in the record. The software does not sign it for you.
A price you can read
R500 for clinicians and counsellors in South Africa or £60 in the United Kingdom, per clinician per month. You do not have to ask for a quote to see it.
Privacy is part of the design
Client data is hosted in the EU. The design is POPIA and GDPR-minded, with role-based access and signed, audit-friendly records. We do not claim a compliance certification.

An electronic client record for private practice

Within is the electronic client record for a solo practice in the UK and South Africa. People sometimes look for that as an EMR. It is not a hospital system, and it is not an NHS product. We do not claim a certified EMR.

That covers a consented session recording, a transcript, a drafted note you review, session notes, treatment plans, consent forms and e-signatures, releases of information, documents, the enquiry pipeline, intake, the calendar and invoicing. Between-session check-in emails are included. Medical-aid claims submission, Microsoft sign-in and accounting integrations are coming soon. They are not available yet.
